Our Commitment

Fast-Track Driving School Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, young people and vulnerable adults who use our services.

We provide a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment and take all reasonable steps to protect individuals from abuse, neglect, exploitation, discrimination and harm.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. All Fast-Track employees, instructors and franchisees must follow this policy, maintain appropriate professional boundaries and treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Instructors

All instructors must hold the appropriate DVSA licence and meet relevant safeguarding requirements. Where required, appropriate DBS checks are undertaken.

Our trainers are expected to work in accordance with the DVSA ADI Code of Practice and Fast-Track Driving School’s professional standards.

Reporting Safeguarding Concerns

Any safeguarding concern, allegation or disclosure must be reported promptly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).

All concerns will be taken seriously, recorded appropriately and, where necessary, referred to the relevant local safeguarding services or the Police.

Information will be handled sensitively and confidentially. However, information may be shared with appropriate agencies where necessary to protect an individual from harm.

Professional Standards

Fast-Track Driving School Ltd will not tolerate bullying, abuse, discrimination, harassment or inappropriate behaviour.

All instructors, employees and franchisees are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and provide a safe, positive and supportive learning environment at all times.
